About Aqua Terra Development
Born to protect what is most precious, Aqua Terra started from an tragic event, when the founder's son fell into an open irrigation pond. Then saved saved by a team of first responders and very skilled people at children’s hospital, he is safe, happy and alive today.
After, Aqua Terra's founder Matt went to work using his 20 years of building experience to create a kid safe structure that would not allow another person to fall into open water unknowingly.
Once the structure was produced, we then realized the efficiency of the safe water structure for ground leaching reduction and evaporation loss. The result is a building that greatly reduces or eliminates evaporation, ground leakage and protection for the ones we love most.
When wildfire season hit and a wildfire came close to the property that housed the Safe Water Structure, Matt used the water from the supply tank and pre saturated his home and other buildings with sprinklers to reduce the risk of ignition from flying embers, giving birth to our flagship for wild land fire protection, Aqua Terra’s Defensible Space Pre Saturation System.
Now Matt and his family are offering custom Defensible Space Pre Saturation Systems and Safe Water Structure's to the public and government agencies to add another level of protection for the life we love in the west!
